I've spent a lot of time trying to find a way to sync Things 3 and Todoist so that I could essentially use Things 3 as my Todoist client on the Mac.but Things 3 doesn't offer anything that would even remotely make that two way sync work. ![]() The APPS are so much better, but the service isn't. I downloaded Things 3 and played around with it, and it's a BEAUTIFUL Mac app, but the service just isn't right for my needs. It is nowhere near the iOS apps, because it is so CLEARLY not a fully native Mac app. I'm sorry, I just had to say it - it sucks. ![]() You guys know all of this.everything is so great. And while you can only use certain parts of Todoist for free, that isn’t the case for Microsoft To Do. Microsoft To Do is another of the best Mac apps for creating to-do lists. The hierarchical organization is flawless in my opinion. In addition to downloading the app from the Mac App Store, you can also use Todoist as a web app if you’d prefer. The artificial intelligence that drives the tool’s task-creating capabilities is responsible for the exceptional ease of use of the tool. It is an easy-to-use utility tool for task management. It syncs with Google Calendar, which in turn allows me to view tasks in Fantastical and Outlook Mobile. Todo.is, one of the best to-do list applications that is available for both Android and iOS devices.
